Confused
Thanks you guys for all the support and prayers (and comments), it means a lot. I am really confused and feel like a complete idiot and of course extremely embarrassed that it didn't happen. I have no idea why the adoption is not done yet but I think maybe it is all this test and like all the others I hope I ace it. It's hard because I am still sure he gave me that word, maybe I was just wrong about the timing, I don't know. I am really sorry to get your hopes up (or did I ? :)) and then completely let you guys down. Anyway even if it would have happened all of us wouldn't have come because Abi is a mega terrible 2 and hard to control and it would be a lot worse when she is out of routine. Anyway the plan is that Dad,Joe and I will go up there the day after tomorrow and come back the Friday after that. Mom,David,Grace and Abi stay here (which really sucks), and Aaron & Katie left this morning and will be staying for 2 weeks. So that's the plan and maybe we will all come as a family in November or something but that's a big maybe. I am getting excited I can't wait to meet my 1st nephew and see everyone else. Thanks again for the support.

We've been there, too, Rach. Sometimes it seems like God has made Himself SOOOO clear, and then all of a sudden it's not so clear.
You are doing all the right things. Just keep trusting and praying for His will to be done.

We have been praying for you and for Abi. I am so sorry that the timing didn't turn out but I pray that this only increases your faith. The Lord is so good and so faithful and His timing is never late - it just doesn't always coincide with ours. He is trustworthy and just teaching you to trust Him no matter what. You are learning lessons that many of us adults still struggle with!! I wish I had had your faith at your age! Blessings to you - We will keep praying!
